These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (“Services”). By accessing the site, requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our chat/form, you agree to these Terms.

Note: This template is for convenience and should be reviewed by your legal advisor for your jurisdiction.

1) Who We Are

Assignment Help & Code provides human-made academic support, software development, data analysis, and related professional services. We do not use generative AI to produce client deliverables.

2) Academic Integrity (Important)

Our guidance, explanations, outlines, examples, and sample solutions are meant to support learning. You are responsible for using our materials ethically and in accordance with your institution’s rules. Do not submit our samples as your original work where this would violate academic policies.

3) Ordering Process

  1. Start: Use chat or the Submit form and upload files (we accept all file formats).
  2. Scope & Quote: We review your brief, clarify requirements, then provide price and timeline (milestones if applicable).
  3. Approval: Once you approve the scope/quote (and any deposit if required), we begin.
  4. Delivery: We share progress updates and deliver the agreed files.
  5. Revisions: Reasonable revisions within scope are included (see §6).

4) Payment, Deposits & Taxes

  • Default: You typically pay after completion once you confirm the deliverables meet the agreed scope.
  • Deposits: For long/high-effort projects or third-party costs, we may request a small down payment (typically 20–50%) before work begins.
  • Methods: Accepted methods are stated in your quote.
  • Prices & Taxes: Quotes are in the indicated currency and may exclude taxes/fees required by law or your payment provider.

5) Delivery & Acceptance

Delivery formats may include DOCX/PDF, spreadsheets, source code/ZIP, notebooks, slides, or repositories. A job is considered accepted when you confirm in writing (chat/email) or when the agreed revision window lapses without revision requests.

6) Revisions Policy

  • Included: 1–2 rounds of reasonable revisions to align with the original, approved scope.
  • Out of scope: New requirements, extra features, or late changes may incur additional fees/time.
  • Timing: Send revision requests within 7 days of delivery unless your quote states otherwise.

7) Cancellations & Refunds

  • If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will refund any deposit for the undelivered portion.
  • Because our work is custom and time-based, refunds after full delivery are not guaranteed; we will first try to resolve issues via revisions.
  • Chargebacks filed without giving us a reasonable chance to resolve may be contested with evidence of delivery.

8) Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate requirements, files, and deadlines.
  • Ensure you have rights to materials you upload or ask us to use.
  • Use our outputs legally and ethically (see §2).
  • Provide timely feedback to keep timelines on track.
  • Do not upload malware or harmful content.

9) Intellectual Property & License

  • Before payment: We retain ownership of work in progress; you receive a limited preview license for review.
  • After full payment: You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license (or ownership if stated in your quote) to use deliverables for the intended purpose.
  • Third-party materials: Open-source or third-party assets remain under their original licenses; we will disclose such use where applicable.

10) Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat your information and files as confidential and use them only to deliver the Services. We safeguard data with reasonable technical and organizational measures. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11) No-AI Commitment

We do not use generative AI to create client deliverables (writing, code, or analysis). We may use non-generative tools (compilers, linters, IDEs, formatters, unit tests, plagiarism checks) to ensure quality and correctness.

12) Acceptable Use

Do not use our site or Services to:

  • Violate laws, rights, or academic policies;
  • Disseminate harmful, abusive, or infringing content;
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt systems.

We may suspend or terminate Services if these rules are breached.

13) Third-Party Services

We may use reputable processors to deliver the Services (e.g., Firebase for hosting/storage, EmailJS for email sending). Your use of third-party links or tools is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

14) Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide Services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee grades, admissions, employment outcomes, or specific business results. Except where prohibited by law, the Services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from (a) your misuse of the Services, (b) your uploaded content, (c) violation of these Terms, or (d) academic or legal violations by you.

17) Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. We will post changes with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

18) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the Services; outstanding payment obligations survive termination.

19) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya (without regard to conflicts of law). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya. If you prefer a different jurisdiction or arbitration, adjust this clause with your legal advisor.
